Daniel's Moving & Storage Inc. is a full-service agency that provides packing, crating, protected storage and local, long distance and international transportation services. Daniel's also offers modular reconfiguration services, asset management, warehousing and storage for all goods and services. Daniel's Moving & Storage utilizes an on-site training facility for continual training of existing and new personnel. We utilize dedicated full-time trainers to raise the level of customer service. Combining knowledge with outside motivational resources keeps the workforce ahead of the competition. Daniel’s Moving & Storage is an industry leader in commercial moving and relocation services. We offer specialized teams to accommodate each area of moving. Our company goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, every job, every day. We accomplish this by having 24-hour telephone response. We established this procedure 18 years ago as a way of doing business, not just for the large-scale relocation projects. Another is to reward our employees for job performance. We constantly offer continuous training in all aspects of our job as well as individual and company/employee goal setting. These aspects create the venue for our employees to achieve great results and longevity in the workplace.

We could have found a cheaper company, but we would have had to do more of the packing ourselves. The representatives arrived punctually on the day set and got all of the packing finished that day. There was no damage and everything was set up to our satisfaction.

Daniel's Moving and Storage is a local branch of Atlas Van Lines. I did a lot of cross referential research before selecting them, using the tips and visiting the national websites suggested by Angie's List. Each person I spoke with from the sales department, to dispatch, to the driver listened to me, worked with me, and returned calls and emails with the utmost punctuality. The driver flexed to my needs regarding the time of delivery.

The estimate, contract and packing process went smoothly. We were told the truck would arrive in 7 - 10 days, and we'd get a call a few days before the arrival date. We heard nothing for a week. Then over the next week and a half they called and rescheduled the delivery 3 times. Finally they called and said the truck had broken down in Phoenix and they weren't sure when it would be repaired. 3 weeks after the original delivery date we finally got our belongings. The driver and movers were excellent - professional and polite. The people who run the company were not honest with us, we should have been told the truck was broken. They did nothing to make this right. What kind of interstate moving company runs only one truck? I would never recommend this company.

They were very prompt and they responded promptly. They were there a head of time on the day they were supposed to be there which was on a Sunday. They were neat, prompt, did their job quickly and delivered it at the other end and in good condition.

These guys were fantastic. Their prices were incredibly competitive. The guys they sent to do the pack up and storage was fantastic. When we got home, they told us it was going to cost $80 a month to store the stuff for 2 years. It ended up costing us $60 a month. Everything about our experience with Daniel's Moving and Storage was fantastic. With the moving and storage together we spent close to $4000. We had other people that didn't even bother to return our call, but these were spectacular. They did resolve in a matter of days. They were really wonderful. I would use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them.
