Dan doesn't just make the piano sound good, he also delves into every physical part and sound aspect of the instrument, from keyboard to pedals to the guts in between. I'll walk by and see parts lying here and there, knowing that after he leaves everything will be put back together better than it was before.
He is meticulous in his work and if I have a problem for him to check he never blows it off as unimportant, but tries to make sure that I have the best that the piano can be. He spends about an hour and a half on my piano and treats it as if it were a concert grand.
Dan is both a fine piano tuner and a fine person.
