Dales Doors 'n' Windows did a good job. The price matched the estimate. The installers were quick and polite. They cleaned up nicely. They were pretty professional. The price was a little high.

This is a three part process. We live in an older home and the doors were not standard. First, they provide you with several names of installers........if you would like to use theirs. We did, as the person we called has worked for them for 25 years. He came out and measured and provided them with the measurements. I went to Dales Doors and based on the installers information, they helped me to make a selection that would work for the entrance. They wrote up an estimate for the doors, frame, threshold, molding, etc. and upon our approval, ordered the doors. The doors arrived within ten days. Second, the installer picks up all materials and came out to our home to install. Third, we contacted a painter who has also worked for them for many years and she came out to stain and seal the doors. This process takes several days.
Dales Doors was most competitive when we compared price, very professional, and helpful. The doors are excellent quality, knotty alder, and look beautiful.

The only thing that I did not like that he did is that he put screws in the handle so it doesn't look very pretty and I was not aware that he would do that. That was my only dissatisfaction with him. He was good. The price was good.
