I called D and S Air on the recommendation of a friend who had some repair work done by them and was quite satisfied.
Dave Kindle came out to give me an estimate and I found him very knowledgeable as well as personable. I had gotten other estimates and after much consideration, picked D and S to install A/C on my house after 40 years of swamp cooling. Dave's wife, Sherri Kindle, (hence the D and S) came out with him and did all the measuring to calculate the loads and get all the proper permits. Several days later their crew came out and started the work which took a couple of days. Dave oversaw the whole operation and we passed all inspections on 4/3/13. D and S doesn't advertise and it's a small family operation which has been in business for quite some time. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The office is always helpful and sets up appointments promptly. The AC/Heat Pump they replaced has worked well for the past 2 years. Their price was very competitive. The technicians are good .... my favorite tech is Will.

Initially, they said they fixed the problem, however, there was a leak in the area. I had to call a second man, a handyman, to investigate the situation to see where the water was coming from. He told me that it looked like there was a slow leak that had been there for quite some time. I called D and S Air and they said that since it was only a 30 day warranty, and this had passed, it wasn't their problem anymore. In the end, I had to use someone else to fix the problem. D and S Air has a poor quality of service and I wouldn't use them again.

They figured out something was plugged up. They were very prompt and courteous. They were timely and they were always eager to come out as soon as they could. Also they were very professional, they did the work they were supposed to do. They are also economical and have great competitive prices.

WHENEVER YOU CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THERE'S NEVER MUCH OF A WAIT, THEY EITHER GET THERE THAT SAME AFTERNOON OR ELSE RIGHT AWAY THE NEXT MORNING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE HELPFUL TO SHOW ME HOW TO OPERATOR THE NEW CENTRAL AIR. I HAVE THEM COME IN ALL THE TIME TO HELP WITH ANY OTHER PROBLEMS I HAVE.

MY WIFE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE GUYS THAT CAME IN TO DO THE WORK. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANY OF THE CLEANING UP AFTER THEM BECAUSE THEY DID IT ALL THEMSELVES.
