While a snafu, not of his doing, happened, he communicated well in solving the problem and worked longer than normal hours to finish the job. We are very pleased with the tankless water heater installation and the removal of the eight year old tank style predecessor. I highly recommend Cornerstone Plumbing and Benjamin Geraci.
