Perfectly done. Measured and ordered the glass. Came back a week later and installed it. Fixed the trim on another window so that glass won't fall out, for an additional cost.

I called them to explain that I needed to replace a double windowpane at my house. They came out the next day to take measurements and four days later to install the new windowpane. Everything was done on spec and at the cost quoted.
