Unfortunately, he had to admit that he couldn't do anything and recommended we buy a new computer. He was honest and helpful. He didn't try to keep providing more services for less value to us.

Monir Gharbiah came to my office (a tiny nonprofit) to install a router and get our internet service operating after we changed from Century Link to Cox (THAT'S a whole other story!)
He was prompt, courteous and insisted that the COX installer do a good and proper job and not just the quickie, inadequate job the Cox vendor wanted to do. Munir clearly explained the additional equipment that we needed and got us a good price on it. He has helped us through a couple of hiccups getting the new service operating properly at no additional charge. (The $400 figure included a new router, power strip and additional cabling.)
I have no hesitation recommending Munir for any computer issues including networking office systems, home and small business systems.

I had purchased 4 GB of memory to upgrade my desktop from local area store. After finding instructions online and opening the computer I found that the memory area wasn't easily accessible and I didn't trust my skills to try to remove components to get to the memory. I reviewed several computer services providers on Angie's list. Computer Experts reviews were great and they were near my home.
Monir was a real gentleman over the phone when I made the inquiry. He was able to provide rapid turnaround; I dropped off the computer late morning and he had it ready for me in the early evening. His rate was extremely reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. In fact, I have recommend him to several people already.
Monir was generous with advice on cleaning the computer and also provided a lot of advice in response to my inquiry about upgrading my home wireless network.. He has a wealth of information and is willing to share it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would recommend using him for any computer service.

Everything went well, but took a little longer than I had hoped due the nature of the spyware. My computer and most settings were fully restored and functional.

Excellent friendly service. Monir provided quality work at a good price. He really cares about his work and wants to make sure he provides good value for money. At each step of the repair he gave me options and was always clear about the cost of the repair. I'm glad I found him and will use them for future repairs.

I called the owner, Monir Gharbiah, before I went to the shop. The computer was locked up and would not boot. Monir determined that it was either a bad hard drive sector or bad hard drive. The computer was older and he recommended not spending the money to repair it, rather to look for something newer. He gave me the physical hard drive to destroy myself. We then spent the next hour where I asked him questions about the different aspects of networking and back up software/hardware. He patiently answered all my questions. When I tried to pay him for the time he told me, "....I would rather you come back when I can physically repair a computer problem for you, no payment is necessary !" We do not want to take advantage of this business owner, but it is refreshing to know there are computer repair people out there who have our best interests at heart and show it with their actions. I highly recommend this business.

The computer was repaired within the cost and time frame that were specified. Computer Experts followed up a few days after the repair to make sure that the computer was working and that there were no issues.

I bought a new computer instead of replacing the motherboard, though I may do that later. I think the price was reasonable for two trips and some time on the bench. He was patient, thorough in explaining and seemed very knowledgeable.

He fixed my computer in 24 hours. He explained everything in detail.

I like that the serviceman came to my house to work on my computer instead of me having to take it in. He charged by the hour and went right to work. He also cleaned up my hard drive to make my computer run faster. He was very helpful in some other miscellaneous questions I had about my computer.

Computer Troubleshooters are just great. They drive out of the way to get to me. They get here fast and they do it all when it comes to computers. They hire great people. Now for the first hour you are charged fifty five bucks. Then, the hourly rate goes down after that. They are an A plus company in my book and I really love them.

HE WAS VERY GENTLE WITH MY COMPUTER, AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT RUN AS WELL AS IT DOES NOW EXCEPT WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT. I REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY STUCK TO THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY GAVE ME.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE OUR COMPUTER. THIS IS WHY WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. WE LOVE THE QUICK RESPONSE TIME. THE PRICE IS AWESOME AS WELL.
