Thomas was excellent - arrived on time - explained process and took care with all wall corners and existing furniture. Wiped up excess water/fluids as he went.

When we had a problem with the finish on the tile of our new home, our builder called in Commercial Carpet Cleaning to thoroughly clean the tile in 6 rooms in our house. These guys weren't the first ones to come in and work on the floor - in fact, two other "professional cleaners" came before Commercial Carpet.
From the very first telephone communication with these folks I was impressed with their upbeat and professional approach. They are in a league of their own when I compare them to the other contractors who worked on our tile floor. They were extremely thorough and took their time to fully understand and alleviate the problem.
My wife and I agree that we will have Commercial Carpet back to clean some of the fine area rugs in our house.  They were very polite, professional and technically competent to deal with.

You can request a specific person to come back. They are very neat and thoroguh. If you are unhappy happy with the service you can call them to come back. They are wonderful. I have been using them for roughly ten and a half years and I haven't had a problem.

Very good, did a good job and will be using them again for carpet and other furniture. Manny was on time and considerate of our home.

We have a berber, beige carpet that picks up dirt very easily, and it is pretty old. they came in, cleaned very efficiently, very professional demeanor, and the carpet looked great afterwards. They also gave us some simple recommendations for how to keep the carpet cleaner...which is hard with two young boys and 3 dogs! For the quality of work, it was a great value! We called them because our neighbor uses them; being new to the area, we had no previous experience w/anyone else locally. We would definitely use them again

Nothing really stood out, I would just say they were on time and I thought they gave a fair quote, fair pricing and the quality of work was good. The workers were fine, they were friendly and considerate of what needs I might have.

The work they did was fine. I have used them three or four times, and they have done a good job. I think it is worth having them come to do the work. Their price is lower than the others. They were here when they said they would be here. They even came on time and they were professional.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY TOOK OFF THEIR SHOES EVEN BEFORE ENTERING MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND GOT THE CARPETS CLEANED IN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY COME AND CLEAN MY CARPETS TWICE A YEAR.

COMMERCIAL CARPET IS VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE EVERYTHING TO MAKE ME HAPPY.

THE CARPET CLEANER WORKER HAD DONE AN AMAZING JOB ON MY CARPET. THEY HAD GOTTEN OUT ALL THE STAINS THAT I WANTED THEM TO GET OUT. THEY WERE VERY SWEET AND KIND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
