They should improve the pricing scheme that they have. The only time I dealt with them was in the very beginning.

It's excellent, I don't have any trouble. When they say they're coming out, they give you a 2 hour window and they show up. I have everything on the tv. All of the movie channels and just about everything that they offer. They are very pricey.

They give good service with no problems. The price is affordable and decent. I live in a rural area and I haven't had to have them come out other than for the installation.

The provider was late to arrive, but call to notify us. We were charged a service fee which I think was unfair since the home already had existing wiring. The service took much longer than estimated.

Comcast Cable have a lot of interruptions. It went out for a while some days ago. They have problems like that all the time when they are connecting - or disconnecting - someone at the main junction box. I use them for the whole range of Internet, Phone and Cable. I don't like them.

We were using them when we were in Memphis and we picked them up when we moved out here. They have been very helpful. They are very prompt if they have to come out to the house for service or anything. They work well on billing. We get the bill at the end of the month. We have changed our service and the prices have dropped down a bit. We get pretty good service with them.
