They said they'd been doing HVAC for the past couple of years but I didn't realize that and I had just gotten them for plumbing. Mark, I believe is the manager for the HVAC crew and he did a phenomenal job and with no cost. I was really impressed. He gave me an estimate for a new system, left brochures with me, answered questions, gave me a price on repairing the outside unit after he tore it apart and checked it.

The service I got from Code Blue Plumbing Heating & Cooling was okay. It was kind of confusing, but okay. The man who did it wasn't quite as experienced as I would have preferred. They gave a cursory look at what I have here. I don't know how much of an inspection I'd really call it. But he did well draining the water heater. I don't  know if you would call it a flush. It was a draining of it. He noted a couple of things that needed attention. He told me to call and schedule an appointment to do those things, so when I did that, I talked to the owner and they didn't respond. So I called him back again and I told him they didn't respond. He was all apologies, but they still didn't get out there and come back and do any service. When I took advantage of the offer, they came out and did what I guess they said they would do. But then, when I tried to get them scheduled for service, they were unresponsive. I'm not particularly dissatisfied but I wouldn't call them again. In fact, I had plumbing problems after that and I didn't even think of calling them. I wasn't particularly happy or unhappy. I didn't feel like the guy was pretty sure of what he was even doing. Not only that, he told me I had a dangerous valve on my gas in the enclosure where the water heater was. I certainly wanted to get that replaced and that's when he told me I had to make another call to get another appointment. I'm not happy about that.

We have since had another plumbing company do some other work for us ... 24/7 installed a new brass hose bib for us for a phenomenal price, and they have continued to earn our business.  I cannot fault Code Blue; it is just that 24/7 went out of their way to do more for us on their deal, and they have continued to do so when we called them for other services.

We've used Code Blue before for larger jobs, such as having our bathroom remodeled 3 years ago and installing a tankless water heater 2 years ago, so trusted them to be honest and responsive to fixing a simple slow running faucet.  While a bit embarrasing that we hadn't thought of cleaning out the rocks from the filter; their services techs were able to suggest other ways to keep similar problems from occuring.  Great job Dutch and Team.

We talked to two different plumbers and we went with them because they did it by the job and not the hour. They were very good. They came out when they said they were going to and they did a good job. It was pretty painless and simple. If I had realized it, I would have pulled the toilet off myself because it isn't that hard to do. We were very satisfied. They said what they said they were going to do. They were on time and didn't make a mess. It was what we wanted. They came out and did the job the way it was supposed to be done. There was somebody cheaper but we wanted somebody that would get it done right the first time. The owner was quite good. He was here right on time.

I have used their services over a number of years.  The work was done satisfactorily.  There was some misunderstanding over the warranty but the problem was more form the side of the people who were providing the warranty.  They are a little expensive.  The quality of their work ranges from average to a little above average.  They were not very responsive this time.  Other times they have better with responsiveness.  Initially I was asked to wait because they told me that their boss was coming.  I waited several days and they sent someone else in the end.  However, once they showed up I did not have a problem.  I think they functioned better when only their boss was working.  I feel they have become too big now.  I would use their services in the future also.

The work turned out great. We loved working with them and we haven’t had any problems since. The personnel from the company on all levels were very easy to work, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
