They started with the outside of the windows, cleaned all of the screens and all of the tracks and worked their way inside. They found a rotted screen on our upstairs level and he called us up to show us and to caution us that when they pulled it that it might rip. We asked if they were able to do screen replacements and not only could they, they had the materials in the car and it was only an extra $15! They found some old tape residue on one window that they were uncomfortable removing because of a tinting on our windows but they let us know immediately.
They were nice and professional and were very careful with their ladders with our landscaping and paint. There were no haggles, no attempts at up-sales, and no issues. They cleaned up after themselves and - were it not for our sparkling clean windows - you would never have known they were here. Just a good, hard-working, honest company. So refreshing! Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
