I cancelled with them completely since I am a stickler for puncuality and I don't start a new working relationship with alot of excuses.
I then went to Carpet Frenzy on the Angie's List and Chaz could get to me within a day, which was very helpful. He was quite a pleasant person, professional and polite and punctual...the four important "P"s to me.
The carpets looked distinctly cleaner and the odor was gone. The whole process was very quick and thorough including moving some furniture pieces. The work was performed late afternoon and carpets were dry by bedtime as promised.
Chaz was even helpful enough to email me a day later with the name of a good, local handyman that he could recommend.
