+ -1 moreI had outstanding services for my washer by Sears. They were provided under my home warranty that we have. It was right before Thanksgiving. They came out promptly and professionally repaired it when it was supposed to be. We had a houseful of company and we need the washer because of small children. I cannot say enough about Sears Repair. I had contacted another company, but I had not got any response from them, but from Sears it was immediate. They came in within 2 hours from when the call was made. They were very professional. I was very impressed with their service. I would absolutely use their services in the future.
Description of Work: Sears Watch Repairs repaired my washer when I needed the most.

+ -1 moreThe guy who replaced the battery managed to dislodge a spring, and some functions of the watch are currently not working. The back plate of the watch was also not tightened on particularly well.

+ -1 moreGreat friendly service, and I think I got a bargain.
Description of Work: I have a Fossil brand man's watch that I particularly like, and took it to a couple of watch repair shops to get a new battery installed. Two places I took it said they did not have a battery to fix the watch. The gentleman at Sears also admired the watch, replaced the battery, and cleaned it, all for $11.95, with a three year warranty on the battery.
