Greeted and treated very professionally. Was explained some detail of repairs that were going to be needed. They had my car for about 8 days after first being told they would have it for around 3 days (they apparently found more parts that needed to be ordered and fixed). The final price was also changed and about another $1,000 was added to what my insurance was needing to cover. Repairs were done well and looks like original factory hood and grill.

It was good. They got my car done in a timely manner. There were some concerns and they rectified them right on the spot.

The first repair was on a 2006 Subaru Outback which was due to being rear-ended. Chapman repaired it quickly and did such a good job that unless you look inside the spare wheel compartment you can't see any signs that it isn't in same as new condition. The second repair was damage to the front - right of the same car. They looked for parts locally before going to the manufacturer. One light needed a factory replacement. Again, a beautiful job. This car looks brand new all around, They even cleaned the lens of the light they did not replace. When you leave your car at Chapman they will have Enterprise come get you for a rental car. If you have insurance it will probably pay. If you don't the people at Enterprise are still friendly and prompt to pick you up and take you back.

Chapman Collision Center performed an estimate and repair of my car following a collision. You can't even tell that the from bumper was ever damaged. The staff also helped me with the details of collecting the cash from the person who hit my car. On the downside, the rear bumper of my car had been damaged during a previous collision. The paint was flaking off of an area on the bumper. I brought it to their attention and instead of fixing it properly, they just used some touch-up paint.
