Originally I only knew Catheys as a vacuum and repair shop, however a friend recommended them for custom and high end A/V work and installation. I spoke with Matt and outlined my specific needs and requirements and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. In the end I decided to hire them for the job, and couldn't be happier with the final results. It fel like a family run place and everyone was honest, informed, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Catheys!

The customer service, turn around time and follow up was great. They were clean and pleasant and gave clear instruction to make the most of the system. We have received many compliments on the clarity and quality of sound and now have difficulty watching movies with standard television sound. I didn't realize you could experience music in your own house, and now it is on all the time. I would strongly recommend both the product and service and love being able to support local business in Tucson.
