CATALINA TREE SVC

As usual, Robert and his crew did an awesome job.  My trees look great, cleanup was very thorough, and the price/quality of service combination can't be beat.  Would not consider using another tree service.

Have been a satisfied customer for years.   Robert knows his business and always charges a fair price.

We've hired Robert and his crew multiple times to keep our trees healthy. Catalina Tree Service does a fantastic job, at reasonable prices. This crew does what's promised and much more.  You won't find a better tree service in Tucson!

Well the initial work was disasterous, but I have to emphasize it was done by the and quot;Foreman.and quot; The man was charming and here is where I went wrong--I believed his promises Then after seeing his work I knew something was wrong. So for a week I fussed and lost sleep over the virtual mutilation of my trees, then decided to call Mr. Hudgens, the Owner, to complain. The office was very concerned and the and quot;Bossand quot; came out the next day. He was appalled, resolved to give his foreman the what-for and said, and quot;My work is guaranteed. This is not residential work and I will come out (quite a number of miles) to fix this work to your satisfaction. He did this. He climbed the trees, hand-clipped where needed, painted all the wounds, trimmed the raw raveled cuts and cleared the canopy to major branches and at the end saw that the ground was cleared. He is a man of his words, which is a rare person these days. He also gave me a written and quot;couponand quot; should I use them another time, at which time $75 would be deducted from the job. He apologized many times. I AM HAPPY!

I have used them for several years. The work is excellent. His prices are high.

It went very well. Their prices were good. They were hard workers. They did a few extras that weren't required.

They did a wonderful job. They did it in a timely fashion, they're response was immediate. They came out in less than 24 hours after I called. These trees can be very tricky, and they were up in that tree, and that it taken care of in about an hour.

I WAS COMPLETELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE THERE RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THE TREE OUT OF THERE IN NO TIME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
