 + -1 moreThe salesperson I dealt with was not knowledgeable or helpful. He could not locate the part I needed and did not even understand thread sizes. In fact when I said I needed a NPT nipple union, he handed me a reducing bushing that did not fit EITHER fitting I was trying to connect. I can understand someone being new or out of there area of expertise but the real problem was he began talking to a buddy and ignored me instead of at least trying to locate another employee who could help me.
