I have 30+ yar-old Saltillo tile floors and they were a disaster. Jodi quoted me a price and a timeline and I agreed. He started on time and quickly realized the floor was going to be much more difficult than he first thought. We talked about it and he let me know it would take longer than originally thought and would require a lot more product than he originally thought. He did not change the price even though I told him it would be fine and I understood. He worked tirelessly for weeks and he was meticulous. His standard of quality is extremely high and even when I thought something was fine, he wouldn't settle if he thought he could make it better. My floors look amazing, better than I had hoped. I would recommend Catalina Flooring to anyone and I will absolutely call them again if I even find myself with a similar need.
Description of Work: Jodi and his assistant stripped, cleaned and resealed approximately 1,000 square feet of Saltillo tile.
