I was in the midst of a remodel and discovered that I needed to replace the flooring in the laundry room within a matter of days before cabinets were to be installed.  The owner was very willing to work with me and came out to get measurements and give me an estimate the next day. He had vinyl in stock that looked great and was priced well for the job, so we had them install the new flooring. The installers were about a half hour late due to a transposition of numbers in the address.  No call from the installers or company to let me know what was going on, which would have been appreciated. I ended up calling them. We had just had the interior of the home painted the previous day, so I asked the installers to be extra careful and to not clean smudges as the paint needed to cure for 30 days.There were no sinks with running water to use in the house (just a hose outside), so it was also a little more challenging to keep hands clean.  They moved the washer and dryer out of the laundry and did a nice job of scraping out the old vinyl. They did leave some black smudges on the walls and door, but they did as I asked and left the smudges.  Overall, they did a nice job, and  I really appreciated their willingness to work with my ultra tight schedule.

Since I live away from the house where the work has been done, my family has been there and they just haven’t had any complaints.  I just haven’t seen it with my own eyes.  There were no issues with them over the phone.  The service was great and their promptness was awesome.  As far as I know the work is great.  I will use their services again in the future.

We had a really great experience with Castle Flooring--the crew showed up on time and ready to do work and answer questions at every stage of the process, from estimate to install.  They tackled the job of removing 25 year-old vinyl from our kitchen and managed to keep the mess entirely contained during the process.  In three quick days the floor was done, from start to finish, on time and exactly on estimate, and the owner followed up with us to make sure everything was going well, both during and after the job.  We'd be happy to use them again.

They were prompt and did an excellent job. They did a good clean-up. The flooring looks great.

They are a company that doesn't keep a lot of inventory on site so they are a company with lower pricing. They did a great job and I hunted around quite a bit so I wouldn't find someone that would cheat me. They were good.

The tile setters and carpet layers retained by Castle Flooring were experts in their respective jobs. They carried out their work according to mutual agreement. They were very courteous, provided answers to homeowner questions and were meticulous in cleaning-up after they had completed the jobs.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY USED SUBS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WASN'T UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

SO FAR WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB KEEPING THEIR WORK AREA CLEAN AND ORDERLY. THEY DID CALL US AND LET US KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING LATER THEN SCHEDULED.
