CASEY'S WINDOW COVERINGS

My fiance and I needed blinds for all the windows along the back of our condo, as there were no window coverings when we moved in and the afternoon/evening sun was contributing to elevated heating/cooling costs. We received quotes from Casey and two other local blind companies. Casey's quote was almost identical to one of the companies, and the other company was much higher. Over the course of deciding which company to go with, I called Casey several times, and he always returned my calls within a few minutes and answered all of the additional questions I had, and offered suggestions as to what kind of blinds would be best for the space as well as ones that would help reduce our energy costs. All three companies we contacted carried the same brand of blinds, so our decision as to which company to hire came down to a matter of the quality of service rendered. Ultimately we decided to go with Casey, as he was personable, always prompt and professional, he patiently answered all of our questions throughout the quote/installation process, and he helped us choose the best color for our decor(which is more difficult than one might think!). Casey covered our seven windows in approximately an hour and a half, and they are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Casey's Window Coverings -- and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

From the time I called for an appointment to the time Casey finished installing all the blinds (17 total) he was prompt, nice as could be, and helpful explaining all features.
When we had him out for an estimate, he worked hard finding a price we would be willing to pay.  He told us options that he considered worth the extra money and was very honest about some options we asked about that he felt would not be worth the cost.
We decided that day to go with CASEY'S WINDOW COVERINGS and he took the time to measure all the windows and doors, plus he worked with us on choosing colors and actual type of each window covering.  He had many samples to look at, and was patient and thorough explaining the features of each one.
We knew we'd be gone for a few weeks after ordering and he held the blinds for us, and was here on time on the very day he said he would be here to take the old shutters down.  Again, he was prompt the day he came to install the new blinds which was just 3 days later (our choice).
Quite honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Casey.  He is honest and hardworking and we would absolutely go with him again.

This is an update to our original review on 2/13/14.  We attempted to contact Casey on two occasions.  We wanted to get a replacement vertical blind slat to replace one the dog chewed.  We called twice and no response.  We then called again to get a quote for rolling blinds for our patio and solar blinds.  Again, no call back.  So, the work he did was fine, but the responsiveness after the sale is poor.

This is the second time we've used Casey's Window Coverings.  Casey came to our house, showed us alternatives for window treatments, made recommendations, and fulfilled on his order.  He's very knowledgeable and helpful.  We recommend him highly and will use him again in the future.
