Dishonest company... I had a section of my house not getting power. This dishonest company charged me for 3 hours...over $300.00. They told my 90 year old dad and me, a teacher, it was a wire in my ceiling fan that was loose and that is why we lost power to that side of the house. HE SAW MY DAD WITH THE SPACE HEATER. Because we had power I thought he was truthful. In less then 5 days had the same outage happened again I called another electrician said my fused tripped because I had too much power making the circuit trip. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I talked to the owner of Cascade and they refused to make it right...DISHONEST

The repairman was on time, friendly, and very efficient. We were very pleased with the work done and the price charged. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly and job was completed in a short amount of time.

Arrived at the promised time, was very personable and wasted no time getting to work. Cleaned up good after all work was done. I ended up paying $15 less than the quote I had gotten for just installing one floodlight so they definately do not look to rip people off. I would use and recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service

Had been recommended by Band J Refrigeration. Came day after I called asking for someone to repair conduit. Arrived, announced that he was going to fix conduit, had me sign a sheet stating he was going to do that and went immediately onto roof. I had wanted to discuss the old switch wiring because Band J was not sure if it was still live, but he gave me no opening to do so. I should have been more forceful, but before I could gather my thoughts he had disappeared up the ladder. He returned, announcing that he had rewired it as it had been and had fastened the boxes to the roof. Then went to truck where he stayed for almost 10 minutes and returned with the bill. Band J reported the next day, when they completed the cooler work, that the work had been well done, so although I could not go on the roof to see the work, I believe that the technician did a professional and competent job.

They are very professional and they do a very good job. They are fast and efficient.

The techinican was wonderful. He was very nice, efficient, and personable. He got the work done in a timely manner. Overall, I'm satisified with their services.

It went very well. The work was done quickly and on budget. They found a few problems and fixed them on the spot.

They sent their electrician named Mike. He was great. I needed an upgrade on my electric to install central a/c. Even though this is a very old house, Mike and his partner knew what to do. I was so pleased with the initial work (cost $2200) that I asked him to come back 2 add'l times to do my wish list. He was very helpful with deciding what would work and what wouldn't work.

I called the company last week with the request. The person doing the work responded by the end of the day, that I had called, as to when he would come to do the work. On the day that work was scheduled he kept me updated as to when he was going to arrive. He also called me when he was on his way to my house. I have used this company before and have talked to the Service Foreman, receptionists, and the contractor coming to do the work, and they are all very professional, and customer service oriented.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, THEY CAME ON THE DAY AND TIME THEY WERE TO BE HERE. THEY DID GOOD WORK, BUT DAMAGED THE FLOWERS THAT WERE NEAR THE AIR CONDITIONER.
