Excellent. Ruben and his crew were efficient, beautiful workmanship. He is very easy to communicate with and did the job faster than anyone else could quote us. Also, his prices were very competitive. I will use him for any future tile work, and have recommended him to friends and family. One of my friends who was at the house when the tilework was being done was impressed and asked for his contact information as well.

Rubin Ruiz and his company Casa Décor - Tile & Stone, remodeled my two bathrooms with tile and new showers and they look stunning. His teams of installers are truly craftsmen. He's not the cheapest and not the most expensive tile contractor but his work is top-notch. He communicated with me regularly during the process and his people worked hard and long every day to get the project finished in good time. The installers were courteous, respectful of our property and did a fantastic job.  They showed up on the day stated and completed the job by the agreed deadline.  Each day I came home to a clean space.  Things kept neat and orderly. The price for labor was very reasonable and we were directed to a terrific tile store where we got a fantastic price on our tile.  I will definitely use this company again and will be referring them.

After Mr. Ruiz arrived at our home, he took measurements and quoted us a price at that time.  We had obtained multiple quotes from other local contractors as well.
We compared the estimates and settled on Casa Decor.  We found Mr. Ruiz to be knowledgeable and experienced and his price was fair and reasonable.
We selected the tile, informed Mr. Ruiz of our choices and he placed the order with a local tile company.  My husband and I went to the tile company and paid for the tile purchase.  The plan was then that Mr. Ruiz or his employee would pick up the tile on the day of installation. 
Mr. Ruiz arrived on the installation day along with his employee, Peter.  He went over various details concerning the job.  Peter began working the same day, removing the existing carpet which Casa Decor would dispose.  Peter was working alone at this time.  However, on day 2 and 3 of the job, Peter's father would arrive on the site to assist with cutting, etc.  Throughout the job, Mr. Ruiz would stop by late in the afternoon to check on the progress, etc.  
On the last day, Peter and his father completed the job mid-afternoon (around 2pm-ish) and later, Mr. Ruiz arrived to do one final inspection and collect payment.  
We are very pleased with the quality of work, promptness, responsiveness and overall professionalism displayed by all parties associated with Casa Decor.  We highly recommend Casa Decor and would consider using this business again.

The project it's self went well, we have now used them twice. They didn't get a perfect score only because we had a little confusion on pricing. We had a verbal agreement on the cost and the final cost ended up being different but we agreed to pay it because the work was good. 

Estimate was prompt, scheduled the job promptly.  The two workers were very professional, polite, and exhibited clean work habits.  The job came out well and they clearly took great pains to get it right.  He is an Arizona licensed, Registrar of Contractors, contractor.
