Dennis and his staff were fast, friendly, and very professional. Slide repair very complicated, but they did it fast, and fixed problem.
No parts needed. Test drove the rig, checked shocks, and said I did not need new ones, could have easily said that I needed them and charged another $1000.
Dennis kept me up to date at all times with the progress and to clarify procedures.
Best RV service I have had since buying the rig (Class A RV) 7 years ago. This was my 3rd visit the Carl"s RV, and I would recommend them to anyone
