I highly recommend Capstone. It is the first company we have had (and we have had many companies out here over the years) where we were completely satisfied with the services. Mr. Wolters was prompt, efficient and very reasonable. He explained the problem and answered all of our questions.

The Leaks were fixed and the system was recharged. I am confident this company is fully trustworthy and will not charge for frivilous items.

The A/C was working OK, we just wanted a tune up. Mike was prompt courteous and professional. The only additional cost aside from the tune up was $40.00 to replace a blower capacitor. He showed me the reading from the old capacitor. This was very fair. Also, there was no additional trip charge to come out here (40 minutes out of Tucson). Some HVAC guys charge $75 just to drive here. A rare good experience with a contractor.

Michael Wolters of Capstone Cooling and Heating was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. I contacted him on a Friday evening, just about closing time. We discussed my air conditioner and he offered options for repairs after hours or during the work week. I asked him to come first thing Monday morning and he arrived at 7:00. He completed the work in just over an hour. The repairs and costs were consistent with our first conversation. I would gladly do business with Capstone again.

Phenominal work. Excellent customer service. Lowest bid of 3 received. Couldn't be happier. MIchael is professional and detail oriented. He showed us why we had been having ongoing issues with the unit before the microburst. Explained things clearly and easy for us to understand without being condescending like previous companies had been. Installation was quick and complete. MIchael even came back a couple times to make sure the unit was running correctly without having to be asked or called.
