California Closets - Tucson

On time, explained everything, did the work they contracted for. Pleasant and competent workers. No surprises. Best thing was 1 day tear-out and one day installation. Minimal household disruption. Did not shop for cost so unsure of competitiveness of cost.

We recently moved and our new home had a walk-in closet that didn't make the best use of the space. California Closets came to our home and produced a design that met our needs, and installed about a week later. The design absolutely optimized the available space. The quality of the materials used and their installation was excellent. The designer and installers were knowledgable, professional, and courteous. Everything was done on schedule. They removed all the old hardware from the closet, and repainted and repaired drywall as necessary so that the completed job was perfect.

Otherwise it was okay.

My wife was out of town, I wanted to surprise her with the closets when she got back. It is an anniversary present (and yes I got her something personal). California Closets fit us into their schedule on short notice. In fact, the installer was the owner. The installer arrived on time and worked hard all day without a break. We have two cats, The installer was careful to shut the exterior door each time he came into the house. He was quiet, and when he was done, he did an excellent job of cleaning up. He did all the little things that made it an excellent experience. First they removed the old racks and shelving they installed the new shelves and racks. I furnished the paint and they painted the closet to match the old paint. They did not paint the entire closets, but rather touched up where the old racks and shelves were. They replastered where necessary.
The designer, Brandy called the next day to make sure we were happy.
We had three bids, all the bids were within a few hundred dollars of each other. We picked California Closets because, the designer, Brandy, seemed to have a better understanding of our needs.

THE COMPANY HAD AN INTERIOR DESIGNER OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO HELP WITH THE DESIGN OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM. WE HAD A CLOSET AND SHELVES BUILT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUT COME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO EVERY ONE.
