carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI will use Cactus Carpet and Tile Cleaning again. They were on time, told me what to expect, and the total amount quoted me of $180.00 was exactly what I was charged. There was no pressure to get me to buy anything more than I asked for. The carpet dried quickly and all spots were removed'. The two men who cleaned my carpet were very respectful of my home and the job they were doing. I will use them again without reservation.
Description of Work: I called (520-9048842) Cactus Carpet & Tile Cleaning on June 6,2011 to get information on their services. I asked if there were any coupons available. They did have an offer of 3 rooms for $100.00. This was based on the size of the rooms. Given that my living room and master bedroom are large and my bedrooms were small, I measured the square footage before Cactus arrived at my home with a total of 658 square feet. The price quoted to me was $140.00 for the cleaning. Cactus arrived on time and began cleaning immediately, following a tour of the area to be cleaned. I had all furniture moved off carpet to be cleaned prior to their arrival. The first part of the cleaning process was to "pre spot" any and all areas of heavy use or stains. I had a few spots but nothing huge. The carpet was then cleaned. The last part of the process was a "protectant" that I requested be added to each room. This service was $40.00. This entire process took just under two hours. When Cactus left, I was amazed at how little dampness I could feel on the carpet. I was told that the carpet would dry in about 2 1/2 hours and that was accurate.
