Bryck was very, very thorough and completely exceeded my expectations. Would hire him back without reservation whatsoever.

We had Vern inspect a home we are currently trying to purchase. He was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions and even giving some advice since we are first time home buyers.

FANTASTIC!! From the moment Bryck, the business owner and his helper arrived. We have had several home inspections  on properties in the past years and this was by far the best. Byrck Guibor was a top notch professional yet personable and extremely knowledgeable. He started outside on the roof. He walked my husband through the inspection and detailed every thing that needed to be done including how to do it and why.

We had some concerns about termites and damage from the termite inspection by 5 Star Pest the previous Friday. Although not a termite inspector, Bryck thoroughly gave the area where the tunnels were found a thorough inspection and his recommendations.

He not only inspected every board, wall and overhang on the outside but had a thorough knowledge of what was old damage (repaired) and any new concerns. Again, he explained how to fix things or not to worry.

On the inside either he or his helper turned on all faucets, appliances, A/C and heat and inspected all outlets. Bryck is also a builder so he knew the quality of the carpet and new cabinets. Everything square inch was checked, inspected and noted if there was a problem.

He also made sure my husband understood any problems and the items that needed immediate attention, future attention or not anything to be concerned about.

-Before leaving he also  said that if my husband was doing any repairs and needed instruction to call him and he would be happy to walk my husband through the process.

Bryck went above and beyond in our opinion as a home inspector. We were completely confident about our purchase before he left the residence. He stated that it didn't matter to him whether we bought the home or not. He was there to give an thorough home inspection.

Would we use him again or recommend this company? YES, YES. YES

Great, ourt Inspector was Joe, he was thorough, informative and friendly.

Bryck thoroughly inspected a home we had made an offer on and the overall experience was extremely useful and informative. He had me up on the roof, in the HVAC closets, in equipment lockers looking at pool pump systems, in every room looking for electrical and or plumbing, appliances, etc. As we toured the roof, exterior systems, the pool, the interior systems, Bryck explained what he was looking for, what items required remediation and why, and which items were still ok but may cause issues in the future. The whole process was very educational and extremely worthwhile. I would happily use him again on future real estate transactions.

I asked about checking under the home (a manufactured home with a space of approx 3 ft) which he said he doesn't do. If he did do this he would have found the leaks that later caused much damage. (after I bought it and moved in) He would have also seen that the ac ducts had holes in it . I had called him about a couple of questions I had after I received his report, but he didn't return my 2 phone calls.

We are buying an older home so we wanted a really good inspection. Bryck is fantastic! He took the time to explain everything he saw and was willing to discuss the various issues and possible remedies at length. He took us everywhere in. around and on house. We really felt much more knowledgeable about the house when we were done. The report was provided when promised and was well written with a ton of color photos.If we buy in Tucson again we will have Bryck inspect the home.

Loved this guy. He took me up on the roof! Great guy, got a really good feeling from him. The report was very detailed and he explained EVERYTHING! Really worth the price, which I did not find unreasonable in the least. Will use them again.

Overall, this was a very good experience and helped us to determine what needed to be done and important items versus cosmetic repairs. Thank you so much, Bryck!

This report is in September, but the work was in May 2007--just got around to writing it, but the company deserves some good words. The company seemed professional and was able to set up an inspection fairly quickly. The inspector was running only a few minutes late, but called to let me know. The inspector, a man named Chris Brumfeld, was very knowledgeable. Had done construction himself, and took a great deal of time to clearly explain what he was seeing as he guided me through the house. I learned a great deal about the house and its needs. I got what I wanted out of the service: a thorough idea of what things needed attention, some ideas about how to take care of them, and a time-frame for acting on the different needs.
