The did the inspection and found the front brakes were find with only 10% wear.   The rear brakes were 80% worn.  Rear brakes were replaced, new fluid for both front and rear brakes was installed, and drums were resurfaced.

I had taken my car to a dealership for routine service. They indicated that my front brakes were worn and needed to be replaced in the near future. I took my car to Brakemasters because they are near my house and had a good reputation. The folks at Brakemasters inspected the brakes and said they were fine and did not need to be replaced. The technician said the brakes were a little dirty and they could blow out the dirt. He also indicated that the brake fluid was a little dirty although it would not be critical to replace it at this time. He quoted a price to replace the brake fluid if I so desired. I did decide to have brake fluid replaced. I really appreciated the honesty of the folks at Brakemasters. They could have just replaced the front brakes and not said a thing. From here on out I will trust them to do my routine car maintenance and repairs.
