My daughter and I were leaving for a cross country road trip the next day and we noticed one of her taillights was not working at about 2 pm. on Friday.  We called and Tony said to come by now.  They fixed the light in about 5 minutes and DID NOT CHARGE US!!!  What amazing customer service.  I'm sure it was something minor but I was still blown away.  Thank you so much!

My car was overheating because of some of a leak right next to the water pump we finally found out. I was told to go to a place that could work on Mitsubishi cars so I found this place. They looked at my car for free and told me there was a leak from the water pump area and advised me to replace the pump and the timing belt since they would be in that area and the timing belt was about due anyway. Total estimated cost was about $932 but the manager Tony gave me a $60 coupon discount I did not know about.
I dropped off the car around 8 am and it was done by 2pm. But when I got in the car the power steering was out. I went back in and they fixed it in 5 min. Tony said that was their mistake and apologized. I got back in my car and everything was working great.
I was very impressed with the customer service and their work. I have had no problems with my car since.

I wasn't happy with the extent of the problem but that wasn't their fault.

They were ready for the car at the appointment time and took it right in.
They communicated with me during the repairs and only did what I authorized.

My son got an estimate from a questionable shop in Phoenix. I've used Brake Masters before and found them to be honest about what repairs actually need to be done. They gave me a fair estimate and performed the needed services quickly so my son could get back to Phoenix for work. I think I finally found a shop I can trust.

I made an appointment for the next morning, went there, and they did the work immediately while I waited. The place seems clean and well organized, and I had a sense that the mechanics knew exactly what they were doing. The manager provided an estimate before the work was done, which was what it cost. While it wasn't cheap, I have a feeling that it was a standard rate, which I'm willing to pay for work well done. They have a thick binder of customer testimonials in the office one can browse through. I'm new to Tucson and was looking for an auto shop. Despite their name, they seem to do just about everything but tires. I'll probably go back to them next time I need something done.

I have to have this fleet maintained every three thousand miles. They have not made any mistakes and are able to deal with the different makes and models of vehicles that I bring in.
