The tile floors were in poor condition - they now look like the day we moved in!!!
We were out of town. This is the third or fourth time we have used Boyd's. We will definitely use them again!!!

I was going to get the carpet cleaned anyway. I spilled a fairly large quantity of paint, (SPILLED, not dribbled)
Since I have been using Chem-Dry for many years at our primary out-of-state home, I went to the Chem-Dry website
entered my zip code and the results came up with Boyd's Chem-Dry as the closest. I gave them a call. Steve Boyd is the owner
and he came over the same day. He assessed the paint stain and gave me an estimate. He could have done the
job that day, but the weather was so bad, we decided to schedule it for two days later.
Steve showed up on time, got right to work scribbing the paint stain with the extractor. he worked so hard for
about 1/2 hour and the paint finally came out. Then he cleaned the carper and even wiped down the baseboard!
The project was very fairly priced and Steve did an amazing job. Not only was the job first rate, he's a really nice
guy to work with.
I would certainly recommend Steve for all your carpet-cleaning project.
