Huge disappointment! Have used them before, but it's not the same quality company they were years ago. They came out to do estimate for a roof leak and pinpointed the problem. The office then scheduled the repair job 2 weeks out, and asked for full payment in advance. A few days before scheduled arrival, I called to confirm the appointment. But, day of appointment, they never showed. I called the office and was told we were on the calendar, but not on "the card" (??!!). No apologies, no explanation, acted like it was my fault that they screwed up. Then, the woman blamed the manager. They have no idea what's happening with their business or who's doing what. And offered no solution. They did agree to refund my payment, after I reported this to the credit card company. Good idea to stay away from this group.

Everyone was very nice. The work was finished as expected and they did a great job. i am recommending them to everyone.

Workmanship and work quality were very good. The only drawback was that cleanup was not always done daily. I would highly recommend them for a similar project.

I picked him only because I thought at the time that it just needed spot work but now it appears I need the whole roof. I picked him because of the estimate explanation and then the cost. They came and did the work really fast and had it done in the same day.

They were on time and finished inside a week. They also sealed our top caps so water doesn't blow under them. We were happy.

One of the biggest problem I had was an inability to communicate. Since I do not speak Spanish and there was no one of the crew who spoke English well enough to communicate problems or requests. That was very frustrating. Also each day when they arrived or left for lunch for the day, the did not let me know. Because of that they did not lock the gate to the back and the dog out. A few people went up on the roof (neighbors etc.) and told me it looked fine. I could not go up on the roof due to my age.

Called on a Friday, the estimator was there on Tuesday, made a decision Friday and work was begun the following Monday and completed on Thursday. Everyone was professional. They came to do a job, did it, cleaned up well. The first day was removal and prep. Second day repair and preparation for coatings. Third and fourth coatings and cleanup. AND the roof looks beautiful!

After a bad storm, one half of my roofing tiles blew off. I called Bob's Roofing, they came that day to install a temporary patch while I waited for my insurance company. After inspecting the roof, Bob recommended a whole roof replacement. The insurance adjuster said the other half of the roof was in good condition so they only would pay for half. I went with Bob's recommendation and replaced the whole roof. I'm so glad I did! When Bob pulled off the ( undamaged ) part of the roof, there was felt missing and or cut through.Not very good at keeping the rain out! He took pictures for me to show the insurance company. We will see if they are going to pay for that half. I highly recommend Bob's Custom Roofing.

They are lousy. I went for a bid and they have two company names and gave me a bid under each name. Then when they came they didn t clean up well at all and the work is not very good. I am not satisfied and it just looks lousy. The whole situation was not honest and horrible. They also call themselves Rincon and try to get your business under both names. I will not use them again because the quality of their work is not good.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF AND GARAGE. WE NEVER HAD A LEAK. DID IT RIGHT AND ON TIME. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORKERS.
