The paint job looked good when he finished but then a couple of months later when we had our first rainfall, the paint on the doors started to peel off.  Then after several rains the paint was peeling and chipping off the doors and the windows.  I called him and explained the situation and he said he didn't want to travel down to where I was and to send pictures.  But after sending the pictures, I still didn't hear from him.  I had to finally keep emailing and calling.  Several months later he finally came down with a Sherwin WIlliams Rep to look at the damage.  He even made it worse by peeling the paint off himself.  He told me he would return after the monsoon was over and repair the doors and windows.  After monsoon, I called and emailed him and he would never return my calls or emails.  I tried to locate him at the address it had on his website, but he wasn't there.  I've had a professional painter come out and look at it.  He said it appears that Black Rhino never primed the doors and windows before painting them.  I can't believe someone could be so unethical and unprofessional.  He leaves me no choice but to go to court.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job and the people were excellent. They did fast and well. They were professional and they were really nice. I would use them again.

It turned out very well. They did the trim and cleaned up around the windows if the paint went in the windows.

Black Rhino Painting of Tucson is a most professional service organization. They were contracted to paint the exterior of our home and their product was outstanding.
Walter, the owner, provided the initial estimate and made suggestions concerning the proper means of accomplishing our request. He listened to our 'wants' and suggested how they could be met. The contract worksheet was very comprehensive leaving few chances for ambiguity. Walter provided color samples, applied them to the siding, to establish compatability and our approval. A second set of colors met our fancy and the contract was finalized.
The painting team, Dave and Wendy, arrived on schedule and began the prep for painting. Initial power washing revealed the paint job was long ovrdue. When Dave finished each wall and it dried, Wendy applied primer to the surface. By the end of the first day all the prep-work was completed.
Both workers prepared the masking of windows and off-limitsareas. Care was taken to ensure flowers and shrubbery were protected.  When either worker had a question of 'do or don't paint' they asked for our advice. Before the second day was over the base color had been applied. Re-masking of trim from the base surface completed the day's effort.
While Wendy completed the masking, Dave painted the shutters, door frames, gable ends, and eaves. As the work wound down, we were asked to critique their work. Whenever a blemish was found, it was immediately corrected. Our critique was followed by that of Scott who, "was as nit-picky as could be." The result: a professionally accomplished and beautiful home
