Great! Steve and Alex arrived on time and went right to work with the use of a camera to determine if a cleanout needed to be done....not surprisingly a descaling was needed and the followup appointment was scheduled. Again Steve and Alex arrived right on time, worked diligently and showed us pictures of the completed product via a video online. We were pleased with their professionalism and friendliness. The price was fair and we would hire them again. The total were are referencing pertains to the original appointment to inspect and line and the final cost for descaling

I had personal knowledge of the owner of the company because we are both Jehovah's witnesses. It wasn't a pleasant experience and it was expensive. I was well satisfied with what the plumber did though. My house is around fifty years old and the sink started to back up so when the plumber came out and run the snake down into the pipe, it tore. The pipe was very old I could say and the snake went through the pipe under the floor. It was a disastrous big job. He had to break up the floor in two different places and put a pipe underneath the floor. I chose this company because he was a church brother and I felt comfortable that he could take care of the job properly. This guy deals with special problems in plumbing so he was able to take care of the problem. I feel that if it was another plumber from else where, they would have wrecked my house.
