When they picked up the chair on June 20th, they told us it would be early August before they could have it completed because of an out-of-town convention and other work. They called on July 30th to tell us they were finished and delivered the chair today, August 2, 2012. They are nice, talented, professional people. We sent a second matching chair back to their shop with them for re-upholstery when they delivered the first chair. We liked them and the very skilled work they did for us. Use them!!!!

WHEN THEY FINISHED THE JOB, AND BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE WE DID NOT AGREE ON THE COLOR, IT WAS ALL WRONG. SHE AGREED WITH ME, TOOK IT BACK AND REUPHOLSTERED THE ENTIRE THING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!
