He answered right away and I caught him just as he finished another job and he came right away! He had all the tools he needed and fixed it properly making our renter happy and us as well. He did a great job and was quick. It was great having someone to be able to fix this right away without huge fees. My handyman husband normally does most of the repairs but has been so busy at work. It was great finding someone else you can trust to do quality work. I highly recommend him. I know we caught him at the right time but even if we have to wait a few days in the future, he will be getting our future business!! :)

He arrived on time, did the work in a very knowledgeable manner, and charged a very reasonable fee. It was all done and finished in less that 2 hours

Quick response to phone call. Did not pressure us for a new opener.
1st visit $40, oiled the track.
2nd visit (after we realized that we needed a new opener), he deducted the cost of the 1st visit.
Job completed in an hour. Good cleanup.
