Things went great! Joey is awesome to have work on garage door issues. This is actually the second time we've used his services. He's friendly, professionally, hard working, works quickly, and his prices are very reasonable. He installed good quality equipment and did not over charge us at all. He's excellent at what he does! I'd definitely hire Joey to do my next garage door service or install. You should too!

Big Bear is my go-to garage door company. I've had minor issues with my 20+ year old door (springs, other adjustments needed), and they have always been prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Not home? No problem - they fix it and lock up. I am working on a renovation project now and the existing door is damaged; they are replacing it - called, got a bid quickly, and they're taking care of it within a day or two. Bueno!

My garage door broke after I parked my car. I have used Big Bear before. He was here within an hour and repaired the door for a very reasonable price. He's a one man band and a really nice guy.

We have utilized Big Bear Garage Services several times due to the lower builder quality of our garage doors. In addition to promptly repairing the garage door issues for a reasonable price, they also educate the homeowner on preventative maintenance to help mitigate future issues. I would recommend them to anyone with garage door repair needs.

One of the springs broke on our garage door. Got a referral for Big Bear from a neighbor. I was out running errands and had an erratic schedule, and they managed to wedge an appointment in on a few hours' notice. The tech was fabulously professional, offered to replace the second spring (old) - which I did ($85, saves an inevitable return call), and had everything complete and cleaned up before I even got to my house. Wrote a check, done with a smile. I wish every repair was this easy!

THIS COMPANY DID SPECTACULAR WORK ON OUR GARAGE DOOR. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE THEY FIXED IT. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE GARAGE DOOR WORKS VERY WELL NOW AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY.
