I recommend them; it is unlikely you will get better overall value from their other competitors in Tucson, especially right now since building trades are scare and in great demand with hurricane reconstruction in rest of USA. The office manager DAN NOYCE and some of his employees such as Steven Thorpe, John Payne and Mickey are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and willing to go above and beyond the normal call of duty to please the customer. Unfortunately this is not across the board for all their employees and subcontractors. BWS prides itself with outstanding customer satisfaction. Their charges are above average but not unreasonably high; you get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again.

The job was done correctly within the amount of time they specified. They talked me through the process and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be repaired was covered.

They were good. Our house was hit by lightening and there was fire so we had all kinds of things done to our house and they were good but my only complaint was that so many times, we had to wait for things. The work was good and they were responsive to our calls. They worked from July to November, it was all through insurance, and it was $45000 worth of damage. Generally, they did very well. I really don't know how much this type of work costs. They were punctual in the beginning but later on, it was a problem because punctuality with each sub contractor wasn't good so we had to wait. I don't know whose fault all that was. At times, they were very good.

They were superb. Easy to work with and 1st quality performance all the way around. Their rep, Eric Myers, was totally on top of the details and helped reduce the difficulties inherent in a very trying situation. Great company, highly recommend them.

Project dragged on for 6 months after an estimate of six weeks. NO oversight on the subcontractors was where most problems occurred, poor workman shipand a complete lack an eye for detail.

omI called my insurance company at 10 pm to notify them of the roof damage. They told me someone would contact me within two days. Better Ways called me the next morning. They made arrangements to do a temporary roof fix, cut out a few area's of drywall and install a dryer and dehumidifier that day. The permanent roof repair was done the following day. The drywall was repaired and painting complete within a week. My house was kept very clean and every person I spoke to was pleasant and professional. Dan the contractor that made a few visits to my house was very pleasant and accommodating. He made it clear that his company made customer service a priority. The final result was perfect. No sign that work was ever done.

They were excellent. They were just prompt, professional and followed up. They did everything that they said they would do. They communicated well and they called me at every step of the process. It was done in a timely manner. They protected the floor and put plastic down.

They did a good job of organizing the renovation. I live in San Francisco and they were doing the work in Tucson. I looked at the final work and it looked like they did a good job.

End to end, the is one of the most professional outfits we have ever dealt with. From the management right down to the day laborers they hire, they are professional, well mannered and exceptionally courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are addressed and make every effort to help you rebuild what you may have lost or has been damaged. They also very much care about your personal belongings and organize everything and try to make sure it is returned in a clean and useful state. The employ and exceptional group of subcontractors who know their jobs and how to execute in a timely fashion. Best of all, they handle ALL the insurance paperwork and issues and work to ensure that YOU get the maximum benefit that you are contractually entitled to. If you have a fire or flood and need exceptional service to get your house and life back in order, use this company!

Better Way definitely has its act together. They were pleasant, attentive to detail, organized and all their people came on time and did a good job. We appreciated the containment they set up around the wall and ceiling to keep dust and debris out of the rest of the house. Their drywall/painting person was especially good at matching the existing texture and doing a blemish-free job. It helped that their work was being covered by insurance and they worked well with the insurer to arrange payment.

THE WORKMANSHIP AND FINAL APPEARANCE OF THE ROOMS THAT THEY PAINTED WAS MARVELOUS. THEY DID THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, TWO BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM. THE COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED FOR. THEY HAD THE WHOLE HOUSE DONE IN JUST A FEW WEEKS, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE SPEED AT WHICH THEY DID IT.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY RESPONDED TO US. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT THIS COMPANY. WE ARE SO PLEASED.
