The young man who was as nice as can be missed some spots because it was so late in the evening you couldn't see the spots very well. Next time I'll make sure he shows up earlier. They should also inquire about security bars considering this part of town. The price was more than I was quoted because they did not know about the bars until they arrived.

I think they did a wonderful job considering my windows were a filthy dirty looking brown color. I plan to use them again at least once each year. They are now spotless and streak free. I was really happy and thought they were worth the cost.

My first contact was Lisa who estimated the work and set the appointment. I was very pleased with her niceness and professionalism. Frank arrived earlier than the appointed time, which worked for me, and did an outstanding job. He worked fast and efficiently. He was very friendly and professional. The windows are spotless; the screens are brushed; the tracks and window sills are cleaned!! As he was leaving, he stopped to brush off my front screen door. Very impressive. That little ''extra touch''!!

WHEN WE CALLED THEY HAD ASKED HOW MANY WINDOWS THERE WERE. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY SEEMED LIKE A VERY FRIENDLY COMPANY. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD.
