Third time I have asked Best Kept Secret to rescue my carpet. This time the issue was black smudges tracked in by my grandson after the community had our streets resurfaced. I was afraid I would have to have the carpet replaced. But, as in the past, Best Kept Secret saved the day. As always, efficient courteous service from friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

Best Kept Secret has cleaned my carpets twice and does an excellent job. I do not give top ratings unless a company really deserves it and Best Kept Secret does. They left my master bedrooms carpet pristine, no spots, no shading from moving wet soil around, standing up and looking and smelling CLEAN. The first team that came out left the carpet still dirty, but when the lady owner came out, she did the job the way she did as with a previous job and as I expected. Because they left the carpet pristine and came back to make the job right, 5 stars and return business.

Best Kept Secret has been cleaning my carpets and every time they do, they have left them pristine--clean, without shading different from one spot to another because of dirt having been smeared around, standing up, spots not returning and smelling and looking CLEAN. Ask for the lady owner to lead the cleaning team because she will guarantee a great job. A team that came without her left the carpet shaded and not looking clean. I asked for her, and this time the carpet came out the way it should have. Because they returned to make sure the job was done right. 5 Stars and return business.

I normally do not leave reviews, but we have been using Best Kept Secret (BKS) for years! After trying the major name brand carpet cleaners and not being totally satisfied, I gave BKS a try. Our carpets were subject to the tribulations of dog ownership and we were at the verge of replacing them. These people are incredible! Needless to say, we still have dogs and kept the carpets. We call BKS whenever the carpets start to look dirty, and the carpets look great every time they clean them. They have a phenomenal work ethic and are extremely trustworthy. Thank you BKS!! When it comes to carpet cleaning, you truly are the best!

Great. Don't look any further, I have tried most all of the other carpet cleaning companies and no one comes close to this company. This is the second time I have used them, where others failed to get the carpet clean, it has never been a problem with Best Kept Secret. I have recommended them to a lot of people and none of them have been disappointed . They are true professionals, try them and you will see!

My young male dog had just started marking our couch and love seat. he was due to be neutered ( hoping also that would help fix this issue) so I called Best Kept Secret and scheduled an appointment for have them cleaned and hoped if would work. not only was Lynn (the owner) amazing, and very accommodating but Lisa (?) and the person who helped her were incredible. friendly, very thorough, explained the process and they would be using some kind of enzymes to help with the smell as well. and did an amazing job on a couch set that was almost 15 years old anyway. it looks and smelled great, dried in no time. and she even explained about the bottle of enzymes she left should it happen again with our fur baby after his surgery. I would recommend this awesome company to Anyway. and i will :) Thank you ALL so much for your outstanding work and amazing personalities. WELL worth the money. :)
