BERT'S ELECTRIC & PLUMBING

As I was replacing our old refrigerator, I attempted to shut off the old (20+ years) supply line valve, and it crumbled in my hand, spraying water everywhere. I immediately contacted Bert's, and they responded ASAP, thereby minimizing the possible damage and my visible frustration. We have been using Bert's for over 15 years, and they are always our FIRST CALL when we need service - planned or emergency. I would invite anyone to come view the many works they've performed for our houses over the years. PROFESSIONAL in both Quality and Attitude. Thank You

Overall, very pleased with work performed and scope of knowledge.

Expensive experience.  If a plumber cannot diagnosis the problem, then what good is he?

The guy did an excellent job. He got here on time, worked efficiently and saved us money by not having to replace fixtures which would have cost more for parts and labor. He was very courteous and efficient and cleaned up. The only thing was the price but, hey, plumbers are expensive so I'm not sure would have got done any more cheaply by using anyone else (a licensed plumber that is).

Craig and Al, the two plumbers, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. They explained exactly what had gone wrong and what the solutions were. Definitely would use them again.

They had to come out twice to do the job, and they had communication problems between field techs and the management.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRICE OF THE WORK BUT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON BOTH THE WASHER AND THE SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM. HE WAS ON TIME AND DID NOT COME LATE AT ALL. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
