BENJAMIN SUPPLY

I had someone else install it, and after the installation was finished, water was leaking from the faucet and the knobs. The man who installed it said that it couldn't have been from what he did. I called this supply company and spoke with Christina at the office. She said she would call the company they use about the leak. She apparently only told them to replace the faucet even though I had told her it was the whole thing- the faucet, as well as the Hot/Cold knobs. I waited 2 weeks and received only the faucet in the mail. I called her and told her and she said she thought I only meant the faucet. She said she would call and order the other parts as well, I had asked if I could just call them myself and she said no because she knew the "lingo". It's been another 2 weeks now and I haven't heard back from her. Today I also called to try to speak with her boss and had to leave a message and haven't heard back from him either. I bought the faucet on May 3rd and have been dealing with this ever since. The people who made the faucet don't seem to have a problem, it seems to be with Christina and this supply company. I love the faucet but don't like the follow up, miscommunication, etc. It has been frustrating.

Excellent store.  Good selection.  Richard, our salesman went out of his way to make sure we got the fixtures we needed at the best possible price.  He coordinates with the plumbers and is very knowledgeable and flexible when questions come up. We have gone back to him repeatedly.  They are a local company that do it better than any body else.
