Exterior Painting
Mr Daniel has painted my home plus two other homes in this subdivision and has done good work on all of them. All three homes have bars on all windows and doors. He sanded and primed them with anti-rust primer. Overall the home and bars look better than when I bought the home new 9 years ago. The only thing I can say bad is that he asked for a down payment. If he hadn't already done two other homes in the subdivision I would have refused. The final clean-up wasn't what I expected either. I went around after and cleaned up the little bits of tape and paper moved the patio furniture back. Overal I would rate Mr Daniel's a B+, Good work ethic, knowledgable, freindly, takes pride in his work, and stands behind his work for three years.
