Bedmart Mattress Liquidation Center - Tucson

Description of Work: I bought a pillowtop Serta mattress at Bed Mart in Green Valley. It sagged in the middle and had to be replaced. I was given a choice of two Serta mattresses, one was very hard, the other NOT a pillowtop, not the one I originally bought. I chose the latter. I found it had a big bulge on one of the corners at the bottom of the mattress. Also, it began to sag. I called the manager. He agreed to swap this mattress for the hard one. I said I would buy a mattress topper; perhaps that would work. It didn't. So now I'm having back problems from sleeping on the hard mattress. I wrote a letter to the Serta Company. They thanked me for my letter and said they had forwarded my info to the Serta Sales Representative that services BedMart. That was November 12, 2012. So far I've heard nothing from the rep. My original mattress should be replaced with another pillowtop that is free from defects or my money should be refunded. If that doesn't happen, it appears my only recourse is to go Court and have it force BedMart to do what is right. It appears this is just another instance of a business taking advantage of a senior citizen. They should be reported to our Attorney General who investigates scams on seniors.

Description of Work: No fun buying appliances and mattresses and the like, from over-eager salespersons. So we were ready when we walked in the door for some frazzle-dazzle but it didn't happen. Anthony let us review the floor units, explained the differences between mattresses and we found one we liked. Delivered the next day exactly as promised. An overall great experience and we love the mattress. They have two kinds on the showroom floor. One kind are new, special purchases but sometimes mismatched box springs (surely this is a sales technique), and the other kind are returns or slightly soiled, etc.
