It went perfectly from start to finish. My 40 year old refrigerator stopped working one night. The next morning I contacted Beach, and they sent out their repairman Glenn to troubleshoot the problem. In about 5 minutes he confirmed my suspicions that the compressor was shorted out internally. He did a search for a new compressor and found that they were no longer available. I went to the store with my enclosure measurements, and Oscar the salesman got into the catalogs and spent at least 30 minutes searching, finally finding a fridge that would exactly fill my requirements. He ordered the fridge with special one on fast delivery. The fridge was delivered and installed by Renee and Luis. They were punctual, effecient and professional. I could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Mark, the owner, even got involved in the process to ensure good service. This is my second great experience with this company. In a word, they are outstanding in every way.
