Appliance Sale, Appliance Repair
I called Mr. Barrera and he was not immediately available. I had to go a few days without an oven until he diagnosed the problem and ordered a part.
The part came in and he swapped out the defective part. The oven worked fine for a few weeks. He warrantied his replacement for six months.
About a month later the stove stopped igniting again. I called him but he did not return my calls. After two days he answered his cell phone.
Mr. Barrera said what he always says, that he had been very busy. He said that he would call me the next day but he did not call. I finally called and explained to the man who answered the phone that I was going to find another service to fix the stove. At that, he connected me to Mr. Barrera.
Mr. Barrera said again that he had been very busy. I replied that he would have to understand that I need to find another repair person and ended the call.
I believe that Mr. Barrera didn't want to do the job because I was under warranty and he would lose money on the repair. Don't call him for repairs!
