Baker Brothers Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC

The technician was very polite and the work was performed professionally. Baker Brothers installed my AC unit a few years ago and they service the system twice per year at a reasonable fee.

We made an appointment with Baker Brothers Pluming to get an estimate for some plumbing work. The appointment was made over a week in advance specifically so that it would be on one of my days off from work. The appointment was set for some time between 10 and 2 which basically took up my whole day off. Well guess what. Not only did Bakers Brothers not show up, they didn’t even bother to call. We did not call them that day. We figured that the appointment was made so they should be professional enough to honor the appointment. It turns out that missed out on a job that could have made them around $3000 - $5000. Do yourself a favor and call someone else or risk being stood up like we were.

Discovered the water main break about 9am. Call right away and talked to Vicky. She was very nice, said they could have someone out between noon and 4pm. Jason and William showed up promptly at 4pm. They got right to work and found the break at the PVC connection. They had to dig deep, fixed the connection and we had water by 6pm. Very happy with everything they did. They even raked and made it like the leak never happened. We will certainly use them again.

They need to improve their quality of work. I have to stay on top of them while they're working to make sure they're doing their job accurately.

They arrived promptly and gave a written estimate on the spot. They got started within a couple of hours and hooked up a temporary water line so that we had water again. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and communicated clearly every step along the way. I could not have hoped for a better experience.

BB re-piped our home's water pipes in 2009 . They left the old galvanized water pipe's cut ends in the walls (the water lines run through the attic of a single story ranch style house).

We were unaware of the hot water recirculating line (installed by the previous homeowner) that was left connected between the old galvanized water pipes and the water heater. On Dec 6, 2014, our home was flooded. Water was pouring out of one of the galvanized ends in the wall. We traced the problem to the old hot water recirculating line. A check valve on the line near the WH had failed over time under pressure letting water back flow from the WH, back into the old galvanized system.
BB admitted that the back flow from the recirculating line was the source of the flood. They disconnected and capped the recirc line at the WH on 12/9/14. BB admitted that they did not look at the water heater at the time of the re-pipe. BB admitted they were unaware of the hot water recirculating line that they left connected to the old system. BB agreed to cover the cost of the flood damage ($800), and our home is now back to normal. Thank you BB.

We used Baker Brothers in 2011 and decided to call them when two gate valves failed.  They came out on a Monday and replaced the valves, along with installing a new hose bib.  The work is top quality and the price was quite reasonable.
Baker Brothers is the only plumbing company that I would call.

Everything went well. I was called first letting me know when the repairmen would arrive which was a little earlier than I thought it would be. The replacement took just about an hour. The new regulator was wrapped in insulation and looks professionally done. My only gripe would be that they don't warrant against bursting due to freezing which makes me think they could or should redesign the insulating process.

Our house was built with polybutalane (I don't know how to spell that) piping for its plumbing and when it sprung a leak we decided it was time to replace all the plumbing. Baker Brothers came out and were very professional. The price was fair--it was right in line with some other companies--and all the guys that did the work were polite, clean, respectful, and quick. We have a big house and I was surprised at how fast they started and finished...it was about a week and when they left the house looked like they'd never been there. Since then we had another issue come up (unrelated to the work they'd done before) and called them back out. The man that showed up had been one of the guys that had installed the new piping. He was great and fixed the issue quickly. I'd definitely use them again.

Our house is approaching the age where problems with heating and cooling units were starting to occur. We have used Baker Brothers in the past for several plumbing projects and routine HVAC checks.
We decided to replace both of our heating and cooling units----we have a dual zone system, so it was two of everything. Ken (our service tech) was great. When he came to service our units for the start of the cooling season, I discussed with him the condition of our compressors. I then asked for a quote to replace both systems and was pleased with the price. The installation went smoothly and was completed by the date promised.
A flawless process from start to finish.

Mike was great. A hiccup with the electricity occured and he took care of the issue right away. I really appreciated his attentiveness and punctuality in getting back with me when I called.

Jason did a wonder final job as he had don on all my plumbing repairs.

I sent this supplier a message on Angies list 8/4/13. Still no response by E-mail or telephone on 08/18/13.

They arrived on time. They gave us a quote for work and time. We approved the job and they performed exactly as they had promised.

A call to Baker Brothers and everything was taken care of. Having used them in the past, I requested that Doc be sent to do the job. About an hour after my call, I got a call from the office saying that Doc was on the way.
He arrived and fixed the problem very quickly.
I have dealt with Plumbing companies all over the country during the past many years, and I can honestly say that Baker Brothers (and Doc) are the best ever. They are on time, professional, respectful of your property and up front on their pricing. I recommend them without reservation.

The service was EXCELLENT. Doc (the plumber) came by and gave me a very thorough estimate and described the options I had for water heaters. I agreed to the price and a time was set when he would be back to complete the work. He arrived on time, with a courtesy call from the office telling me that he was on his way. The work was done meticulously. Doc took the time to explain the new water heater. All of the other work was completed to my total satisfaction.
The was an excellent experience.

I paid them a fantastical amount but they did do what needed to be done. I got five different quotes and they were comparable to everybody else. They did it before everybody came out. They were fantastic.

Junior from Baker Brothers performed the work. He explained some issues with my pipes, quick, courteous and I felt confident from the beginning of his skills.

The first parts of the bid were performed above our satisfaction as explained above.

The remaining work of installing the new vanity, finishing wall of the bid was overcharged for what we discussed and expected and what was performed, plumbers were still very pleasant
They know their plumbing -just don't expect them to do more than that.
