Individual that showed up was helpful and understanding, just not able to ultimately find a solution.

Rudy Beck has done work for me on several of my rental properties. He is very good. It is an hourly rate with him. He charges $50 to $75 an hour depending on how many people are involved. He is reliable. He shows up when he says he will. He works fast. I would absolutely work with him again.
