Horrible. When they installed the mew water heater they did not connect the 210 electric wires properly. When they wire nutted 2 of the wires only 1 grabbbed the wire nut and the other wire was just touching. The top access panel for the wires burnt up. Both wires melted and melted the inner plastic tray. It was dangerous and could have started a fire. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY......

WARNING: Deplorable service with a bad attitude. Contracted with these jokers via Lowes. Now, get this... they arrived with wrong water heater, then tried to bait and switch, then said they'd have to reschedule for the next day. They never called back (even though I had spent $1000). When I got on with them and the LOWES representative (at same time), they refused to schedule and became insulting. and hung up. You've been warned.
