Everything went fine.

They brought extra people and thus they did not stay the full 4 hours. They were friendly and professional. I was not particularly impressed with their deep cleaning. They did a carpet for me and left it really, really wet. They then moved my wood furniture back onto the wet carpet, which I did not appreciate. We bought a second deal for my mother and she didn't feel that they deep cleaned at all either. 

Came with a number of people, but did not do a good job cleaning.  Didn't spend a lot of time doing the job.

They did not come when I had scheduled.  I scheduled them to come the day before houseguests arrived.  They had to cancel that morning because one of their employees quit.  I was very disappointed.  I scheduled again and the same thing happened.  Since I was so upset this happened again, they managed to squeeze me in to an already busy day.
The cleaners took many work related phone calls during their cleaning time.  
I was impressed at how thorough they were - dusting the tops of roller shades and doorways.  I appreciated that.
They did use a scouring pad on my stove top (which should never be used) and it left scratch marks.
They talked about how many cleaning jobs they had gotten through Angie's, but they didn't want people just using them for a one time clean - they wanted the business to continue.  They were very very pushy in getting me to sign up to come on a regular basis.  I almost felt like I had better sign up or they wouldn't do a good job (just my impression).
I tried to write a review ages ago, but for some reason, I could never do that through my computer.  I worked with Angie's List IT department and they were very helpful, but we couldn't work out the problem.  Since then I have not used Angie's List again.  But I now have a new computer and through your e-mail, I was able to respond.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We were not happy with them so we did not continue. It took them so long and they spent too much time in a bathroom. There was inefficiency in their usage of time. They are selling the service per hour so if you hire them, it will cost you more than the others definitely because they are so slow. Their price is expensive. They did a good job but it took them too long. I have issues with them because I don't like the way they work.

It was so long ago I really can't remember.  I have no complaints.

I was very pleased with the performance of Az Professional Cleaning Services. They were flexible with our schedule and came on the day we were looking to have service. Their price, quality, and professionalism were excellent. 

After numerous rescheduling, the ladies that were sent out to come to my house were late and stayed outside talking for about 15 minutes before coming in.  They only had 1 hour  to do the work (clean bathroom (x2) vaccuum and polish family room).  Their vacuum cleaner was broken so they had to use mine.  The lady polishing broke something while polishing and I never received a call apologizing or attempting to compensate.

The staff took time figuring out how to clean the space, and I could have done the job myself in less time.

Very professional.  Impressed with the vacs they used.

Quick, efficient, friendly team.

They did not dust. They did not clean my floors and the shower that they did clean had film in it I had to reclean it. I was at work and my husband was home so he allowed the two women to work on their own. With two women the place should have been spotless. I have a 1,600 square foot home and I did not even have them touch two of the rooms at all or most of my kitchen.

THey were prompt, they were courtious, they got the job done as requested.

The two women were hard working and efficient.  They were also friendly.  Would defintiely use again.

Emailed for appointment date, received, arrived, cleaned house in four hours.

Did not get a call back after I left a message. Called again and set appointment. After waiting an hour after they were supposed to be at my home I called and they lost my information. the workers showed and did a great job and were very nice.

The cleaning crew arrived on time. 
My house was in a poor condition since I had a broken arm and my time had been spent with my father who was dying at the time.
My house was much larger than could be cleaned during the time I had contracted. We discussed the priority rooms and they went to work. The master bathroom was superficially cleaned. Shower floor was not scrubbed, but just surface cleaned, toilets were great, floors were vacuumed and mopped, grout left with bits of mop string and corners still dirty.  Other bathrooms were little used and did not require scrubbing. They looked fine when completed.
This was not contracted to be a thorough encompassing cleaning and I guess I got what I paid for in those areas that there was time to clean. Overall the rooms cleaned looked decent, it was a bargain for the price and the work that was done. 
The cleaning crew chatted about personal things while working in the same room. That left doubt about the professional in the name of the company.

Bought an Angie's List deal coupon to try as never had housecleaning befire last April when I was ill,but never used it until now and so glad I did and sorry I waited to long as they were so good and I will use them again.Olivia and Heather worked so well together and the house was done in no time.I have no complaints at all just a nice feeling to find someone who was good.I would recommend them to other's in a heartbeat.

Seemed to go well.  Date had to be changed due to scheduling conflict.

Windows were much dirtier than they anticipated, so at first they felt
they weren't adequately equipped, but they ultimately did an excellent
job.

I specifically asked to have the baseboards cleaned; some were cleaned and some weren't. Deep cleaning to me is some pretty intense cleaning and I didn't see it happening. They were nice people but I felt like they were in a hurry to clean and leave.

It went well overall.  Very professional!  I had to reschedule the original appointment because of an unexpected medical concern.  They were able to reschedule with me for a new appointment within a day or two.  There was no hassle.  Two cleaners arrived (on time), including the owner of the company.  Both were professional in appearance and demeanor.  They worked steadily during the entire contracted time and they had the equipment needed, though they used (and emptied) my vacuum cleaner.  They were able to remove very tough mineral stains from the sinks and toilets.  Everything was clean and organized when they finished.  I asked them to do dusting in the bedroom and living room but they were not able to do that in the contracted time frame.  Prices are very reasonable and I was comfortable having them in my home and would hire them again!
