"Hello Member: It is disappointing to receive a negative review in any forum, but it is particularly disappointing to have responded quickly to your urgent request, then be criticized. As you know, AZLM does not typically provide 1 x service and we made an exception for you. The Scope of Work for your project is provided at the bottom of this reply, for reference. This proposal was submitted to you on July 14th, 2012 and was based on the condition of your yard at that time. You did not even respond until September 3rd or 4th to inquire if it was still valid; I informed you that the rate was valid, but because the weeds and plants had an additional 6-weeks to grow, it would take more time to complete the work. After you authorized us to proceed we squeezed you into the schedule and completed the work on September 7th, 2012, about 2-months after we first inspected your yard. There was an additional charge, as disclosed in our conversation, but only for the extra time it took to remove the larger and more plentiful weeds and for trimming the larger plants. Please note; -all work listed in the proposal was completed in a professional manner as quickly as possible, to minimize the cost -the hourly rate did not go up; we merely stayed longer to remove the extra weeds, as requested -even though we removed more weeds and trimmings than contracted for, we did not charge more for disposal of that material -we cut the Sycamore to grade per the contract and Sprayed it with RoundUp Pro. Removal of the stump was not part of the contract (stump grinding is expensive and would cost $200 to $300 more) -we removed the tall weeds and sprayed the small weeds with RoundUp Pro, per the contract -blowing off the patio and other areas was not part of the contract -after you called about the invoice, I had Tray review it (I was out of the office the next 10-days) -he confirmed the charges were correct (labor hours) and called you back. He did not reach you, and left a message -while we did send a proposal for regular service (every-two weeks), you actually wanted quarterly service, which is not a service we provide I hope this addresses your concerns and sets the record straight.
